CLASS SCHEDULE (ALL classes are 45 minutes long. Morning classes start on the hour and Evening classes start on the half hour. Please call or email us for any questions)

Monday - Friday
Morning Groups: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am and 9am

Afternoon/Evening: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm

Saturday
Morning Only: 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am. (ALL SATURDAYS CLASSES ARE KICKBOXING 1ST HALF OF CLASS AND 2ND HALF CORE WORK)
