Is this your first time at Get It Done Fitness? Our classes are designed to challenge everyone at their own fitness level. Be ready to have fun and get in a great workout!

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to check in, or to change if needed to, although we recommend to come ready. Cubbies are available for your belongings. We also recommend you bring a water bottle and a towel if you would like.

- Come in to any of the classes we offer. 5 classes in the morning and 4 in the afternoon/evening M-F and 5 on Sat.
M-F 5am - 10am & 4:30pm - 8:30pm & Saturdays 6am-11am.

- When you come in you will be checked in by a trainer.
​
- We start with 5 minutes warm up and go over the WOD.
​
- We will have the WOD (WORKOUT OF THE DAY) written on a board and we will include a MODIFIED version of the exercises in case anyone needs it for whatever reason.
​
- Classes are 45 minutes long, 12 Rounds of 3 minutes interval each with 30 seconds break at the end of each round. If you need more than 30 seconds break you are always welcome, but if not keep on going...
​
- Each round will have 2 exercises. 1 1/2
minutes kickboxing and 1 1/2 minutes of one resistance training exercise. Then the 30 seconds break.
​
- In any given class expect 4-5 resistance training exercises assigned in different stations and you will go back to it at least 3 times. Alternating between kickboxing and resistance training for maximum weight loss and body transformation.
- If you have signed up for any of our 10 Week Programs you will receive a Free pair of MMA Gloves, a T-Shirt and a Group Nutrition Seminar with a Professional Licensed Dietitian.
